We are rapidly moving toward the Vancouver Photo Marathon and have finally gotten everything arranged so you can buy tickets to participate. They’re pretty cheap ($12 plus a small Eventbrite fee) and all you need to be part of the event (apart from a 35mm photo camera of course).

The ticket price pays for your 12 exposure 35mm film (handed out the day of the event), development and printing of all the photos for the show and all the other stuff we have to do on our end to get this thing off the ground.

We are still working on an event HQ from where all the themes will be announced etc, but what we can say is that it will be somewhere in downtown Vancouver. We recommend you arrive at 7:15 am or so on the day of to ensure you get your film and registration completed before we announce the first theme at 8am sharp.

The planning team is very excited to get this event off the ground and we are hoping to see photographers from all skil levels, walks of life and communities turn out to make this a truly social event. So buy your tickets, spread the word and get your cameras ready for 12 hours of fun, challenges and great photos!
